i went to the tier migration page and it gave me the no sms error, rang customer services i got straight through to a lovely australian
the system was refusing to find all of my details through the site.
she then asked me if i wanted to upgrade my speed, i said yes is 3mbit available ?
she said: yes it is
me: is it £37.99
she said: yes it is
she said: its available as of today!
me: and it has a 1GB daily usage limit ?
she said: let me see with the details i have....yes its 1Gb daily usage
me: ok
3 seconds later:
she said: all done your now on the new speed!
me: thank you very much, thanks bye....
i went to reboot my cm straight away and:
