Just ring customer service on 0800 052 2000. If they say it is not available tell them "You know several people who have had their connection upgraded through C/S this morning and to check again/ask supervisor". Then leave it about an hour if it doesnt automatically change reboot your cable modem and you should have been upgraded.
I could not upgrade through the browser but im now surfing at 3mbps.

I couldn't upgrade on the website and rang customer services. The lady said hold on I'll do it for you now, she came back about a minute later and said you'll be upgraded in the next few weeks. I told her I'd just spoken to people who'd been upgraded. She started to get uppity then hung up.
