i understand now, are you trying to say we should get our connection speed (in megabits), multiplied by 8, then 1000 to get the limit for the day? that wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
another idea i'm not opposed to is overnight/off-peak allowances. something like the entire current monthly allowance again, available from 12 midnight-7am. that would rock!  |
