There's one question I've not been able to find an answer to.
In December, Simon Duffy said that a new tier would be introduced after the upgrades - a 'new' 300k tier.
My question is this - if I go onto 1Mb, and the hard capping comes in, will this 'new' tier exist by then, and will I be able to downgrade to it?
I'm not asking can I go 'back' to 'my' old 300k, but could I go onto the 'new' 300k?
