No Neil, gary said he was getting a discount so you presumed it was because he had complained. I was pointing out that some people get discounts even though they have no complaint about the service itself. Look at all those customers getting 12 month discounts as new customers and why they are getting the discounts.
I have emailed IMRA regarding the survey but no response as yet. Perhaps they have a poor customer service department or something to hide.
