The policy on the 2 & 3 Mbit services looks identical to that which they already have e.g. a soft-cap of 1GB/day where they will only disconnect you in the most extreme of circumstances if you degrade the network significantly for other users. I can understand them doing this, a hard cap would have been awful but i don't mind this soft cap. I feel sorry for 300k users but it's only a few ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£ more and you will get more than double the current speed.
