Possible I guess but highly highly highly unlikely.

The upstream split is just an example, you could have several nodes being combined onto the same upstreams as well as using the same downstream.

Point is though one node per uBR doesn't happen and it's very very rare to have a node per uBR card even, so the chances of someone next door being on a different card are remote, uBR nil.

Nodal boundaries are usually different streets, doesn't make much odds a few extra or fewer homes in a node whatever supplies the most efficient use of the coax, and usually homes in same road will take their feeds from the same amps further up and eventually node.

Point is there are many taps to each bridge amp, and usually more than one bridge amp to each node, rather than the 1:1:1 your diagram suggested.

Not saying it's not possible mind you just very unlikely!
