hehehe if ntl are still around...and all their customers have not left.

People talk and recommendations for one ISP over another change, I used to recommend ntl for broadband every time, not anymore tho its too expensive and restrictive, ADSL is now the way forward for all my recommendations.

Im not asking what services NTL will offer in the future, but as stated above ^^^ Can they offer an impartial service?

Services they offer in the future would not have any Effect on if they can offer an impartial service.
