Another method is to open Internet Explorer and go to
File >
Import and Export...
In the new window that opens click
Next >, select
Export Favorites and click
Next >.
Select which favourites you want to export, most will want to select all so click
Favorites and click
Next >.
Ensure
Export to a File or Address is selected and choose a location. Click
Next > and then
Finish.
All your favourites will then be exported to a file called bookmark.htm Upload this file to your webspace and then you have access to your favourites from anywhere
