Hi all, this is my first post. Hope everyone is well.

I'm having some problems with adding features onto my phone line. Basically I had Digital and phone line installed around a month ago, all went well. I rang CS to add Feature Bundle, (Voicemail, Caller Display etc etc), to this day they still haven't been added.

I have phoned everyday since it was installed as they always say it will take 24 hours. I have been given every cock and bull story under the sun for why it hasnt been put on, cheeky thing is that they tried to charge me for these

. They did kindly refund the cost though.

They say it is available in my area and they promise everytime I call that it will be working in 24 hours.

Has anyone else had these problems?
