I too have just got off the phone from CS and I was told that I would be contacted by NTL nearer the time and that I would have to pay ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25 pounds for it

If anyone knows a way i can speak to someone who may be more knowledgeable it would be appreciated.
