Hi. Ive just had the ntl run around. Started at 1745hrs today call to CS .. 8min wait{ which is good} spoke to a nice young miss K.... in manchester , who did not have a clue what i was on about, whan i said upgrade from stb pace to samsung.. she said you need to call sales at 0800 183 1234

I said i dont need to buy the thing just need the upgrade

. 5mins later i get a Miss D....., who tells me i have the wrong number.. i say yes i know i need CS.

D..... say she will pass me to.................YES CS :o . 8mins later i get Mr Roger at SWAN. who was great and had a since of humour... at long last some one who knows what they are on about...

Roger books a eng to come on sat 05 march. hope with a nice knew samsung. But he did say...I HOPE HE TURNS UP
