An activist dressed as Batman climbed a building in Whitehall before shuffling around onto a ledge just within Downing Street's "secure area".
The group have previously breached security at Buckingham Palace and thrown purple flour bombs within the House of Commons.
They want better access rights to children for separated fathers.
