Hi I'm new here so go easy on me....
just registered and thought I'd do a search so I wasn't posting for the 2449th time about a problem
I'm in the Manchester area and have been having major problems with ping spikes / lag etc. First started back in Nov, after many phonecalls/emails I eventually ended up speaking to the head of tech support who told me there was an overloaded server in the area and they would switch me to a less busy one. That seemed to sort the problem until about 2/3 weeks ago when it resurfaced. I've tried emailing tech support again but had no response yet
Is there anything I can do to help the situation? The main reason I have the connection is for gaming, but it's impossible to play any kind of FPS
