So I cooked Sunday lunch for all of us. Ros-beef (of course!

The beef went into the top oven at 10.30pm last night and into the bottom oven 45 mins later.....it came out about 14 hours later and was superb!
Served with roast potatoes, veg and gravy made from the meat juices....mmmmm
.............and horseradish
