Ive joined the Exodus - i joined astraweb this am, it seems to have a 10 day retention, better completion than NTL, and more groups than NTL, and has no cap, just leech all month! It was US$10 (£5.50) which is great value, I get about 100k a second on the nonDSL option, im happy with that. Beware the NTL March cap tho, ill only be able to leech 30gig per month, so dont go for a very expensive alternative, its not worth it.
my friend has been telling me about the BT broadband hes on, it sounds good, cheaper then NTL (its unlimited downloads, but u only get 1meg download speed, faster then atm, but slower than march, BUT who cares if NTL give u 1gig a second if its capped!). Time to consider the golden handshake with NTL methinks.
Has anyone a suggestion for UK broadband, with unlimited downloads, about 750k is enough too, im not a massive leecher, just mp3s realy and i have over 27,000 albums so no need to get most that are there i have them lol
