Always possible I'd say. NTL have admitted losing mails to me before. I too am gettings odds and sods. Better than nothing but if I miss anything important I'm going to be even unhappier with them than I already am (although that's quite hard to imagine at this moment in time). Anyone with internet banking for example, could have lost statements. Ditto order confirmations and queries for online shopping. And NTl still regard email as a fringe benefit of broadband?!!
Could anyonbe on the CF Team elicit a response/explanation/grovelling apolgy from NTL senior management to CF members (stuff that, all NTL customers!)?
