Nah wasnt insulting the cable forum staff. They are more helpful than ntl. I made the statement as I am fed up with ntl. I give them well over ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£700 a year. Thats alot of money and I should get the service I deserve. Hopefully being on Watchdog will make them realise they are not perfect (nobody is) but still far from it.
