). Anyway could a 300k user move up to 1mb with the temporary soft cap then back down to 300k when the hard cap comes in for 1mb+ or is there no turning back once you've left 300k-land ?
Suppose this question applies whenever the soft/hard/ takes place since some people may find their usage is greater than expected and may like to move back down to the lowest tier.
