No they didn't broadcast it - at least not part of Childrens' TV. It was made for the in-house Christmas VT tapes that used to be made by the technicians back in the days of 2" videotape and razor blades and before Dennis Norden got his hands on them and started do It'll be Alright on the Night ad. infinitum.
Parts of it was broadcast as part of a Channel 4 show called TV Offal, but that was a late night comedy/spoof type of show... and not very funny at that.
