MP3s, pc games, utilities, applications, xbox games, etc - basically just about anything, if you have ever usded a file sharing program then its like that only you dont have to upload (but its nice to share) and you get a good download speed, not the silly 14k/s u often do. Dont upload from your isps newsserver though, youll get threatened!
