..although any one else for the same service/server has no problem?!?!

MSN messenger won't sign in on either of my account, on either PC's, TeamSpeak won't connect to ANY servers (it just times out) and the client for the e0n project on both PC's keeps timing out for about 40 seconds

Any clues to what is going on?

EDIT: Also, my average download speed is 25kb/s, which it's usually 35kb/s.
