I think its best you call Blueyonder technical support (0845 142 4422) to see if they are able to resolve your issue or phone customer services (150 from a Telewest phone line or otherwise 0845 142 0000) again and report this as it could be the original problem of the wires outside getting wet and they need to get to the route of why this keeps reoccuring if it is this what is causing your connection problems.
