I had NTL broadband installed three weeks ago and apart from an initial problem of the installation disc not working and having to call customer services to get registered, everything so far has been fine. Trawling through this forum, I have since learned not to use the disc anyway and also how to resolve a 'Limited Connectivity' issue I had. After following advice from various people in the forum, I can now use two PCs without trouble. My next step is wireless networking which I'm really looking forward to setting up! I feel confident that any problems I encounter will be solved by searching the forum and would like to thank everyone in advance for the help I just know I will need when I go down the networking path.
