But from April, PlusNet will shift to usage-based charging, where ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£21.99 will buy 30GB of peak-time data per month plus another 230GB per month during the night. Customers can pay more to get a larger monthly download limit."

An ISP with sense, you will find most users are not against caps as a whole they just against biased caps, plusnet realised night time capacity isnt an issue and allow users to take advantage. Why cant NTL?
