The screenshot you gave is out-of-date, I sugest you try using a different proxy as I have told everyone else who came to me with screenshots of popup box's, the NTL website
has been updated, and
will accept a order for TV only with no telephone.
I took a nice screenshot aswell for you to see, I will get around to contacting NTL myself to cancel telephone, but I have better things to do atm.
