I can think of 3 good reasons. 33% extra gbs (40gbs not 30gbs). 50% more d/l speed (great if you are running a LAN, which many people do). 50% more u/l speed (great for hosting games like Halo 2 and for uploading data). All of which are reasons i will be upgrading to the top tier service.
