Just to claify,, You are using internet explorer and not firefox or any other browser which might not be supported by NTL, I dont know for sure, but I do know that some online banks will only let you use explorer and nothing else, (Natwest)(Cough)
If you are still having problems, and want to upgrade quickly, (like now) then phone customer support and they will upgrade you straight away no problems at all.
I know its a pain in the butt waiting in the queue for 10 minutes, but the end result is worth it...750
