just a update i tried both pc and laptop into mains socket with same effect tried to download smart ftp from download.com (laptop just failed misrebly and pc started fastish (25kb/sec) and dropped to 4.

so any other ideas guys?

it started to go slow lost connection to game and then it went very slow browsing had to reconnect. What on earth could be causing this?

and now, after reconnect loading fast high demanding pages easy...however download is still very slow
