So as I'm on a Pace box, do I have to wait for an engineer to come round and fit a samsung box? Would I get a refund on my service if I have to wait a few years til someone from NTL gets off their backside and actually comes round to fit one? I'd assume so seeing as I'd be paying for a service that is not 'as decscribed' Again. (still waiting for them to fix the sound they cocked up two years ago)
