No, speed increases and caps are topics that affect all broadband users all the time and are worthy of discussion although I would agree that much of the discussion goes around in circles. Most members can sort the wheat from the chaff and work out who are the real muppets on here and what the most likely outcome will be. If anyone isn't interested in the thread they have no need to look at it.
