got my welcome letter today from the cwu. it's worth ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£4.99 just to have someone for advice if needed. could you imagine the look on my managers face if i asked for the union rep to sit in on my next appraisal etc..
