I have a friend who works full time for Telewest and they have been told their jobs are only guaranteed until the merger.. This is rubbish the two companies have some strengths and some weaknesses. I feel those who failed to deliver on their management roles should go. Those who are not customer focused should go as without the customer the company will fail. In the light of whatÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ Â¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚Â¢s happening with ADSL, NTL might have a big awakening soon.
