and if so many people are ******ed off with the service and vote with their feet then ntl will have to act on it , just dont be surprised that the majority of ppl are happy with the service and therefore wont cancel / dont want to cancel , dont forget , a site like this was built on customer dissatisfaction ( i know it is not its direction now
) so therefore more ppl will come here with complaints , as i see it , if ntl was so woefully bad it would have gone out of business a long time ago
