That's a fair point m8, but when they introduced new tariffs what they
should have done is informed customers that their BB bill would be £5.00 more, & given the customer the
choice to accept or decline.
What they actually did was say nothing, waited for customers to get their bills & ring in, & when they did told them that there was nothing that could be done.
Charming, but not unexpected from ntl....
