Hi Steve,

The ability to configure your ntlworld.com email address to forward email to another address (http://selfcare.ntlworld.com/cgi-bin/frontend) may be of interest to you while you swap email addresses over. This would then atleast save you having to check two accounts

As for how long it will stay active, the NTL User Policy states (see section 9),

Quote:
For so long as we provide the Internet and/or Interactive Services to you, any emails (whether read or unread) kept on our servers will automatically be deleted after 90 days. On termination of your Internet Services and/or Interactive Services for any reason, any emails (read or unread) kept on our servers may automatically be deleted without any liability to you.
