Well they have a fairly major incentive as the number of customers who leave because they cannot get red button services is growing every week. If customers are interested in the E-TV apps and the more they are marketed from Sky and the BBC the more people will demand them. We are still waiting for 10 extra and the news 24 multiscreens.

Agreed. Ntl are by no means perfect but unless someone has the balls to stand up to Sky then nothing is going to change. Mind you Sky pick and choose what rules to follow anyway. They seem to be the French of Broadcasting
