There is nothing going on that requires customers to do anything so just sit back and chill out until an announcement is made. You will hear about it on here as soon as the team know anything.
People will continue to ask the same questions no matter how clear the situation is made. If I had a pound for every time a question is asked that has been asked before and the answer given I would probably have enough to buy out NTL
. Likewise if I lost a pound for everytime the search function was used I wouldn't lose much
