Still not working......
I tried unticking it but no luck.
Everything seems ok. Whe I test the setting it says connection is ok, but fails on recieving anything and also fails the "Test" email.
I am running out of ideas.... Is there a way to Delete the Office outlook and revert to the old one when all seemed to be ok??
This is the only problem I can think of, but I have used this plenty of times on countless other re-installs.

EDIT: Just looking at the info box before it disapears it seems that in can find the servers but just fails to log into them.....If this is any help?
To me this would suggest a wrong password, but the password is the same one I have always used and my girlfriend is on a separate acoount and password and hers is doing the same...Do I need to tell NTL that I have re-installed and if so how do I do this?? I already registered the modem after the re-install but it said nothing about emails..........
