Just tried it myself. Went here: http://www.home.ntl.com/icat/dialupinternet and then clicked on 'Sign up' under the 'unlimited' option. It took me to a postcode checker, then asked me to select an address from a list (which contained only half the houses in my street), and then told me 'Broadband is not available in your area'.

1. My house already has NTL broadband
2. I was trying to test the website by ordering DIALUP internet.

What is going on?
