Hello again,

To date ntl still have not resolved this problem.

My friend can be contacted by any phone except those in our area who are on ntl phone lines.

All ntl keep saying is that they will look into the problem and to try the phone again in twelve hours!! Meanwhile, it is costing us a bomb to contact her on our mobiles.

ntl will not discuss it with the customers who cannot contact my friend, they just keep saying that my friend must contact them, which she is doing every day, sometimes twice daily.

It is really frustrating for her and for us, we need to contact her frequently as we all work together in the community.
