I'd never take out another extended warranty - I still had to wait 7 working days for a callout to my washing machine, which they still couldn't fix after 5 weeks - it was a very unusual part that had malfunctioned (they told me, and very hard to obtain spares) - the motor

to Hoover and Masterplan!! Never again!!!!!!
