Although I have phone, TV and broadband all with NTL I still get at least 3 bills a month. All with different customer account numbers.
Been with Comtel -> NTL since around 1997. Odd technical and billing problems but generally they've been fine. Phone/TV charges have increased dramatically though since Comtel days! Now not so easy to financially distinguish between NTL and Sky/BT.
