Well i spoke to cancellations this morning after spending an unbeleivable amount of time on hold, Explained to them that i wanted my phone disconnecting as i am going back to BT, asked me to put it in writing, not a problem says i and that was that. Later on tonight out of curiosity i tried to do 1471 and lo and behold it works again, i then rang my mobile and my numbers withheld again. All back to normal on the day i asked them to take it out. You couldnt make it up
