I could use 1471 a few weeks ago, then I got caller ID, then they restricted my phone over a ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£2 phone bill being 1 day late.

I spoke to them and they put the outgoing call feature back on but i wasnt getting caller ID or 1471

Now they've restricted me again even though the bill was paid, a DAY late!!!

they say they cant find out why or put me back on because their computers are down

So now, i cant ring out, cant find out whose calling, or who has called!!!

Lesson learned... NTL never change.
