Rooney's though had no force behind it at all which is why the other player was also charged.. the Toure one was done with intent and alot more force than Rooney's still i can't see the FA being consistant.. look at the amount of fouls Viera had to do before he got a booking... Bowyer slides in and wins the ball and gets booked straight away
