I think i may have confused some people on my problem. I used to be able to dial 1471 to find out who my last caller was, now when i dial 1471 i get a message telling me that this service is not available from this line. Tha initself is trival but when i contacted CS i was told 1471 is not available on NTL, when i pointed out that i used to have the facility i was told point blank that i couldnt have and i must be mitsaken. I used to have my number witheld i specifficaly asked for this service. When i discovered i no longer have this service i rang CS again to be told that i do have it and my number was not going out, When i pointed out the fact that i didn't have this service i got the usual i can assure you you have and i must be mistaken. When i told them that if i phoned my mobile, relatives or anyone that my number was dsplayed they then turned round and said no it wasnt and good day.
