yup i have had that as well, the one thing that riles me more than anything is i am expected to be polite which i am but they on the other hand can be as rude, arrogant and totally and utterly lie whenever they feel like it. I really would like to speak to someone on the phone who is clued up as to what is happening at NTL but i have yet to speak to them. My BT phone is due to go in on the 14th of next month, and to be quite honest I cant wait. NTL have finally beaten me on this one. I am no longer willing to put up with 3rd rate service from NTL
