Am curious as to why ntl is charging ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25 for the new speed upgrades for existing customers when they didn't charge such a fee for the last speed increases.

Also, how is is an "administration fee?" Surely it's just a charge for the upgrade?
