Good move IMO.
It's all about consumer
choice, & that is something that ntl need to learn.
Most ISPs I believe offer a capped & an uncapped service, so they give you the choice. This, I believe is the way forward, being arrogant & forcing your customers onto a particular product line is just plain wrong IMO (in exactly the same way that ntl force you to take their phone line if you want their DTV
)
You also make some good points about the ntl staff that post here to help out, & don't get paid.
